&lt;p&gt;I say yelp talk is a prime example.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;When users fail to use tools available to them, I for one will be happy to let them know what tools they should have used instead of wasting my time using said too for them.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Then they can go waste their own time and not several folks’ in return.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Perhaps that’s too sharp a way of using it for some, but frankly, when you have obvious tools available to you and choose (yes, choose) not to use them expecting someone else to, you deserve every ration of shit you get for it.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I totally agree with you. I also know that it serves as a good reminder to me when I design things that have social/community aspects… I need to make sure that I help make/design the tools available obvious and easy to use.
